10th Ambulance for Ukraine – Spring 2026

Our 10th ambulance for Ukraine has been painted red for its new life as a mobile blood donation facility! Our gift will enable more and quicker life-saving blood donations across the region of Odesa.

Close to our hearts are the everyday individuals donating their blood locally in our vehicle. As ambulance donors and blood donors we may be thousands of kilometres apart – but we are united in our shared desire to save Ukrainian lives.

To everyone who contributed to buying this ambulance, you are the lifeblood of Ambulance Relief; without you, we simply could not continue this vital humanitarian aid to Ukraine’s healthcare system operating under Russian attack. It is impossible to thank you equal to your kindness. It is my greatest hope that you know we absolutely stand on the right side of history in our humanitarian support of sovereign Ukraine.

To all at Ukraine’s embassy in Bern, thank you for your expert and warm support overseeing the transportation and delivery of this aid from Switzerland to its new home in Ukraine. Our collaboration has been an inspiration.

This ambulance was delivered to the Ukrainian embassy in Switzerland on 13 March 2026. It passed the Lviv Opera House within days. Over the following weeks, preparations have been underway in Odesa: cupboards removed to make headroom for staff and space for two phlebotomy chairs to fit simultaneously. The ambulance has been painted red to highlight its unique and vital mission.

Godspeed Ambulance 10 and Слава України!
